Red Roses, (that's the name of the town) is fast becoming the match making capital of Wales. After a 65 year struggle to build a venue to suit the town's growing reputation, The Elgin Cummin Community Association says the new center will be ready by the end of next year. Be the first to tie the knot in this lovely tiny village.
